Cancellation Policy for retreat registration:-

1. Advance payments made for the early bird incentive or otherwise are non-refundable.

2. The early bird incentive is applicable only to those who pay the entire amount 31 days before check-in.

3. Cancellation Charges:
a. No cancellation charges are applicable if a confirmed reservation is cancelled prior to 31 days of the check-in date.

b. 50% refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled between 31 and 20 days before check-in. Alternatively, alternative participants can be nominated.

c. No refunds will be issued if the reservation is cancelled within 20 days of the check-in date or in the case of a no-show. However, substituting alternative participants is permitted.

4. If retreat is cancelled by foundation, total registration charges paid by participants including advance, shall be refunded within 1 month from the cancellation.
