What is Included

• 2 nights / 3 days accommodation for residential participants.
• All plant-based meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and health beverages.
• Full access to all workshops, cooking demos, yoga sessions.

What is Not Included

• Travel to and from the workshop venue.
• Medical tests, medicines, or personal expenses.

Booking & Policies

Discount Eligibility

• Returning members who have attended a retreat within the past 18 months receive a 20% discount.
• Only one discount can be applied per booking.
• If you qualify for multiple discounts (e.g., early bird and returning member), the highest value discount will be automatically applied.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation charges.
• 25 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund (or nominate a substitute participant).
• Less than 25 days before check-in / No-show: No refund (but a substitute participant can still be nominated).
• Hospitalization: Booking amount will be carried forward to any future retreat.
• Foundation Cancellation: If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all payments will be refunded within 1 month.
• Note: Standard advance payments are otherwise non-refundable.
