Why should you attend a retreat? 

Lalit Mohan Kapoor emphatically stresses that - "The experience of the past one year has shown that people find retreats lot more beneficial than only the 2 month course. Many new friendships are formed during retreat and turn into a support group making it easier to continue to practice PBWF/IF/10K and form new habits. During 2022 year, four retreats were held in India ( Bhandardhara, Bhimtal, Jaipur and Hyderabad) and one in Visalia, California. All were fully subscribed and all five groups are still active and continuing to engage in local support activities. Many are doing pot luck picnics and walkathons and influencing local restaurants to include some PBWF choices on their menus.
These retreats get initiated by the efforts of local members like you. Seeing a retreat to fruition and then continuing activities is a very rewarding experience as reported by all who have been involved.

Typical Retreat Schedule- This is a typical program for any retreat but can vary depending on the location & schedule.

Standard Exclusions - This payment does not include any travel and extra consumables in-room.

Discount Eligibility 

• All members who have attended a retreat within the past 12 months are eligible for a 20% discount on their next retreat booking.

• Only one discount can be applied per booking.

• If a member qualifies for multiple discounts (e.g., early bird, referral, or returning member), only the highest value discount will be applied to the booking.

• For example If a member is eligible for both the 20% returning member discount and a 10% early bird discount, only the 20% discount will be granted.
