Why should you attend a retreat? 

Lalit Mohan Kapoor emphatically stresses that - "The experience of the past one year has shown that people find retreats lot more beneficial than only the 2 month course. Many new friendships are formed during retreat and turn into a support group making it easier to continue to practice PBWF/IF/10K and form new habits. During 2022 year, four retreats were held in India ( Bhandardhara, Bhimtal, Jaipur and Hyderabad) and one in Visalia, California. All were fully subscribed and all five groups are still active and continuing to engage in local support activities. Many are doing pot luck picnics and walkathons and influencing local restaurants to include some PBWF choices on their menus.
These retreats get initiated by the efforts of local members like you. Seeing a retreat to fruition and then continuing activities is a very rewarding experience as reported by all who have been involved. "

Cancellation Policy

1. Advance payments made for the early bird incentive or otherwise are non-refundable.
2. The early bird incentive is applicable only to those who pay the entire amount 20 days before check-in.
3. Cancellation Charges:
3a. No cancellation charges are applicable if a confirmed reservation is cancelled prior to 20 days of the check-in date.
3b. 50% refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled between 20 and 15 days before check-in. Alternatively, alternative participants can be nominated.
3c. No refunds will be issued if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of the check-in date or in the case of a no-show. However, substituting alternative participants is permitted.
4. If retreat is cancelled by foundation, total registration charges paid by participants including advance, shall be refunded within 1 month from the cancellation.
